How do I check my computer's specifications?

1. Through the search box on your taskbar, search for "dxdiag" and select dxdiag from the result list.
2. A pop up is now showing and on the different tabs you can see the different specs of your computer, such as processor/GPU, RAM, Graphic cards etc.
3. If you want to save all the information in a file to send to customer support, click "save all information" and a text file will be saved to your computer.
